Introduction
We ("we", "us", "our") take the protection of users' ("user" or "you") data on our website very seriously. We are committed to protecting any information you provide to us through your use of our website (the "Services") in accordance with applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This privacy policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your data through your use of our website.
By using our Services you accept the terms of this privacy policy. Continued use of the Services constitutes your consent to this policy and to any changes made to it.

What data do we collect?
We collect two categories of data:
- Non-personal data — technical and aggregated usage information (e.g. anonymised session and device data) that does not allow conclusions about your identity.
- Personal data — information by which you can be identified, either directly or indirectly. This typically includes name, email address, phone number, IP address, and any other information you actively provide (e.g. when you contact us or book a clarity call).
How do we collect data?
- When you use our website (session and access data).
- When you contact us directly (e.g. by email or via the booking form).
- Via embedded third-party services we use to deliver the website — see "Third parties" below.
Why do we collect this data?
We use your data for the following purposes:
- to provide and operate our Services;
- to respond to enquiries, feedback and requests, and to support clarity-call bookings;
- to analyse usage patterns and improve our content;
- to comply with legal and contractual obligations;
- to ensure security and prevent abuse.
Processing is carried out — depending on purpose — on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (contractual necessity) and (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.
Who do we share this data with?
We share data with service providers that help us deliver the website (hosting, booking, video hosting). We do not share data with advertising networks. We do not sell personal data.
Data may be disclosed in the following cases: (i) to investigate or prevent abuse or unlawful activity; (ii) to exercise or defend legal claims; (iii) to protect the safety of our users; (iv) in the event of a corporate transaction or restructuring.
Third-party services we use
- Calendly — appointment-booking widget for the clarity call. Data processing under the Calendly Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — web typography. When the page loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google servers. See policies.google.com/privacy.
- jsDelivr / Wix Video CDN — delivery of libraries (GSAP, Lenis) and testimonial videos. Loading triggers technical requests to those CDNs.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website only uses technical cookies necessary for operation. Third-party services (such as Calendly or embedded videos) may set additional cookies if you interact with them. See our Cookie Policy for more.
Where do we store the data?
Data is primarily processed in Germany or the European Union. Embedded third parties may — to the extent necessary for their services — also process data in third countries (e.g. the United States). In those cases we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards under the GDPR.
How long do we keep the data?
We retain collected data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above and to comply with statutory retention obligations. Thereafter it is deleted or anonymised.
How do we protect the data?
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access. The site is served over encrypted HTTPS. Despite all care, no internet transmission can guarantee 100% security — please do not transmit highly sensitive data by email.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR);
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR);
- have your data erased (Art. 17 GDPR);
- restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR);
- object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR);
- withdraw any consent at any time with future effect.
If you believe the processing of your data violates data-protection law, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Germany: the federal-state data-protection commissioner).
Minors
Our Services are intended for adults and not for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Updates to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or in our services. The current version is always available on this page with a "last updated" date.
